Under The Sea Shadowbox

Hello ~ I made a fun shadowbox over the holidays for a sweet baby named Kora.
Her picture will go in the upper right portion. I'll share the Miss Kate Cuttables files I used for the rest of the shadowbox.

For the top portion I used the whale file.
In the bottom right of the shadowbox I used the Seahorse file.

This cute little Smiling Crab is featured at the bottom of my shadowbox.
I also used some of the seaweed from this file and the bubbles.
As additional accents I used the Underwater scene.

Please note! I decided to assemble the large piece of coral and then as I was putting together my shadowbox I decided to manually cut it and use it in a few different spots in my shadowbox.

Here are a few closeups of my shadowbox:

Here's a look at the bedding I was matching:

Hope you liked my shadowbox today. This will be featured as my Design Team Challenge project for Miss Kate Cuttables. The theme this month is Anything Goes! Stop over on the Galleria to join the fun. You can also check out all the design team projects on the Miss Kate Cuttables Blog.

Shadow Box

Hope your fall is going great! It's challenge time on the Miss Kate Cuttables Galleria Facebook Page. The theme for this month is any combo of fall colors including
orange, brown, yellow, gold, red and green.

For my project I'm sharing a shadow box I made for my great nephew Bryce.

I used the Baby Racoon SVG.

and last but not least the Baby Bear SVG.

Here's an angled look so you can see all the layering. I use foam core and foam tape to bump up portions of the shadow box.

Thanks for stopping by today and hope you find some time to do some fall crafting!

August Challenge - Miss Kate Cuttables

Hi Everyone. I'm sharing my Miss Kate Cuttable's Challenge Project today. The theme for August's Challenge is "BABY". When I go to a baby shower I like to create a shadowbox for the baby's room.

I go on to the Mom-to-be's baby registry to get an idea of the theme and color scheme for the room.
For this one it was pink and white. I leave a space for the baby's photo.

I used the Owl from the OWL HOLDING EASTER EGG SVG file. (I did not cut the egg)
The arrow is from VALENTINE ARROW SET.
The background is from LAYERED LABEL SET.

Here is a close up of the cute owl.

Superhero Baby Shower

Hello Everyone. I'm up on the Miss Kate Cuttable's Blog and sharing my Superhero Shadowbox.

Stop by the MKC Blog for my project details.

I made this for my coworker who is expecting her own little superhero. She decorated the baby's room in a superhero theme. She also carried the theme into her baby shower.

Here's a look at the shower:

The room was festive with bright colors and superhero balloons

Prize for games

These cupcakes were delicious and the rings worked in the theme perfectly

We of course had cookies

Lollipops with capes made out felt ~ so creative

Checking out the collage I made :)

Here's the super cute Mom to be - check out her superhero outfit!

Penguin Shadowbox

Hope you had a great weekend. I went on a scrapping weekend called Crop Around the Clock and had a great time.

I have a cute Penguin Shadowbox to share with you today. I have done so many of these over the past 5 years. I usually match the color scheme and theme of the bedroom.

This little girl has a penguin themed room.
The cute SVG from Miss Kate Cuttables worked perfect.

The font for this one is called SNF Classy Charm - I picked it up in the Silhouette Store - ID #8752

I did three offsets of the font to get the layered effect. I used foam tape in between the purple and white layer to add dimension.  I featured three photos of the little girl who was turning one.

Hope you liked my project - if you are new to my blog and you'd like to see more shadowboxes (there are alot!) Just use the search feature to the right---------->

Thanks for stopping by today, Amy

Max Shadowbox

Hello! It has been awhile since I have blogged! I have a cute shadowbox to share with you today. The little boy's name is MAX and he has a baseball theme room. While I was making it the whole city was wild about baseball - Pittsburgh has not been in the playoffs for many years and the Pirates made it. They have since been knocked out but it was fun and exciting while it lasted.

Ok - on to the shadowbox. I used an 11x14 for this one that I picked up at Joanns.

For the banners I used SVG Cuts - Toil and Trouble SVG Kit. It is a great Halloween Kit ~ Check it out here.

The little baseball bears are from SVG Cuts -Taylor's Team SVG Collection.

I finished off with my the We R Memory Keepers Crop A Dile and some Trendy Twine and buttons.

Hope you liked my Shadowbox today. If you haven't seen the latest SVG Cuts kit ~ Enchanted Autumn SVG Kit ~  check it out here.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend and stop back on Friday -
I recently made a cute SVG and I'm going to share it with you.

A Shadowbox for Winnie

Hope you had a great weekend. I sure did! I was traveling for work all week so being home with my family was a perfect weekend for me! Here is a recent shadowbox I created for a coworker. Love the whimsical name on this one.

I used the pretty lace from from SVG Cuts Battenburg Lace and Crochet Trim SVG Collection. I have been using these goodies alot lately. Love to thread ribbon or twine thru them. The cute heart border is also from this collection.

I added some flowers from the Mother’s Garden SVG Kit.

Have you seen the latest kit from SVG Cuts? It’s a fun kit called Camp Firefly SVG Kit.

SVG Cuts is also giving away a Sizzix eclips ~ Head on over to enter!
