Miss Kate Cuttable's Dad Challenge

Hello Everyone! Today starts a new Challenge over on the Miss Kate Cuttable's Galleria Facebook Page. It's all about Dads!

Here is the card I made for the Challenge:

For the golf elements I used the Mini Golf SVGs.

I used the number sign and "DAD" from the #1 Dad Title.
For the "1" on my flag I just selected a nice bold font.

I purchased a ticket to the US Open in Oakmont, PA for my husband and the golf elements were a perfect fit for his Father's Day Card.
Stop over on the Miss Kate Cuttable's Galleria Facebook Page to join in on the challenge!

Mini Golf & Giveaway Winner

Happy Mother’s Day to all!

I have a Miss Kate Cuttables’ Design Team project to share with you today.
Here is my pocket page layout I created last week on National Scrapbook Day.

I love using the pen tool for my journaling.

The font is MK Tall & Skinny Font from Miss Kate Cuttables.

My title image with the golf green was too wide to fit into one of the pockets so I just trimmed it and placed into the second pocket too. I like how it turned out.

Last week I posted a GIVEAWAY!
Congrats to Josie0602
She wrote:
I love to make gift bags! I used Miss Kate's motorcycle
to make a onesie and matching bag. It was super cute!
She is the Winner of the $10 Miss Kate Cuttables’ Voucher.

I had so many comments on the Miss Kate Cuttables' Galleria Facebook Page
I decided to give away an additional $10 Voucher!
The winner from FB is Kelly C G

I'll be contacting both of you!
Thanks to everyone who entered and thanks for stopping by today!
Please stop over to the Miss Kate Cuttables Blog!

MiniGolf

It is that time of year when golfers young and old like to hit the course and hopefully get a hole in one. I happen to have two young golfers who just love golfing on vacation. We are just learning so we usually go out early in the morning before the crowds come and that way we can take our time.

Here is my scrapbook layout capturing our minigolf fun.

Here is a little closeup of some ribbons I added to the bottom of the pages -
great way to use up your scraps!

Check out this little guy I added  - I cut him on my Sizzix Eclips - he is from SVG Cuts - Taylor’s Team SVG Collection.
If you scrap sports then this is a perfect collection - it features Basketball, Baseball, Soccer and Tennis plus a whole lot more.

On this page I shadowed and welded my title to a horizontal strip and layered on the title.
If you have minigolf to scrap go ahead and grab it here!

Hope you have a great weekend and don't forget to stop by the SVG Cuts site today to check out the new Kit - it is fabulous and you will not want to miss it!
