A Few Layouts

Hi There! It's my turn to share on the Miss Kate Cuttable's Blog! I have two layouts today.

Before we get to the details about the layouts don't forget to grab the Freebie of the Day.

+ + + + + +

For my first page I have a Soccer Layout:

I used the Love Soccer Title for my layout.
I did not want to cover up the cool patterned paper so I kept the title and a few photos the focus on the page.

For my second layout I used the Ticket To Fun SVG

Here's the layout. I used some of my son's snapchat images to mix it up a bit.

Lighthouse Layout

Hello Everyone! I just got back from a fun scrapbook weekend and have lots of layouts to share with you. Here's a layout from Summer 2017 where we visited a lighthouse.

I'm sharing on the Miss Kate Cuttables blog.

(Click on the image to get a closer look)

I used some of my son's snapchats to document the journey to the top of the lighthouse.

I did not use a title on this layout but did feature a focal point with the cut.
Here is the lighthouse cut I used - it's called "Lighthouse"

Make you sign up for my email notifications on the right side of the page and check out the Miss Kate Cuttables store for the freebie of the day and lots of great files.

Miss Kate Summertime Challenge

Hello - It's challenge time over on the Miss Kate Cuttables Galleria Facebook Page.

This month's challenge theme is SUMMERTIME!

Here is a layout I created for the challenge:

I love how this Summer Memories Title turned out.
That camera is just perfect.

Here's a closeup look at my sun and clouds. They are also included in with the Summer Memories Title - I just separated those and put them in the corner of my layout.

Hope you can find the time to join in on the Challenge!

MKC Summertime Challenge

It's Challenge Time Again. This month's Miss Kate Cuttable's Challenge is all about "Summertime"!

Stop over on the MKC Galleria Facebook Page for all the details.
For my summertime project I created a scrapbook layout.

I used the Catch a Wave Title  I did switch it up a bit.
Here is how the title comes:
I pulled the type and rearranged it:
I colored the surfboard to match my sons' surfboards.

I pulled the waves from the title and made them extra large along the bottom portion of my layout.
I added journaling to the one wave with the pen tool on the Cameo.

Don't forget to join in the challenge fun!

Seashells by the Seashore Layout

Hello! I'm up on the Miss Kate Cuttable's Blog today sharing a Summertime Layout.

For my layout I used elements from the Seashells by the Seashore Bundle:

Here's the title:

I also used the sand dollar (My son found one on the beach!)

Thanks for stopping by today. I'll be back on the 12th to share my project for the MKC July Challenge.

MKC - Summer Camp Layout

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
(and Happy National Scrapbook Day, a day late)

Hi and welcome to my blog. It's my turn on the Miss Kate Cuttable's Blog. I just love Miss Kate files for my scrapbook layouts. The titles and paper piecings are so easy to put together.

Here is my layout
(click on it to see it enlarged)

I used the Compass from the Camping Set.
I used the pen tool for the arrow and letters.

You can find this cool Tent here.
I made the colors match the tents on the camp site.

The trees on the right are two from Set of Trees.
I switched up the title a bit. I used the "CAMPER" from the Happy Campers Title
I took just the CAMPER portion and created an offset in my designer edition software for the Cameo.

Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you find some time to craft this weekend!

Mini Golf & Giveaway Winner

Happy Mother’s Day to all!

I have a Miss Kate Cuttables’ Design Team project to share with you today.
Here is my pocket page layout I created last week on National Scrapbook Day.

I love using the pen tool for my journaling.

The font is MK Tall & Skinny Font from Miss Kate Cuttables.

My title image with the golf green was too wide to fit into one of the pockets so I just trimmed it and placed into the second pocket too. I like how it turned out.

Last week I posted a GIVEAWAY!
Congrats to Josie0602
She wrote:
I love to make gift bags! I used Miss Kate's motorcycle
to make a onesie and matching bag. It was super cute!
She is the Winner of the $10 Miss Kate Cuttables’ Voucher.

I had so many comments on the Miss Kate Cuttables' Galleria Facebook Page
I decided to give away an additional $10 Voucher!
The winner from FB is Kelly C G

I'll be contacting both of you!
Thanks to everyone who entered and thanks for stopping by today!

It's a Heat Wave!

Hey Everyone - here are my latest ATCs (Artist Trading Cards) for the SVG Cuts Swap on their Forum. The theme for this time is Heat Wave. I love a big old glass of iced tea with a lemon on a summer day so decided to work in the lemon.

The ATCs swaps are so fun - it is happy mail for sure when you go to the mailbox!

Here is a cute little box I made ~ perfect for a little gift. It is from SVG Cuts Hippity Hoppity SVG Kit.

Thanks for stopping on by today.

NSD EP Challenge #1

Hey - Hope you had a great National Scrapbooking Day yesterday! I hit the craft room and decided to play along with some challenges over on the Echo Park Blog.

First challenge was to make a Summer Time Card.
I used Echo Park's  Paradise Beach. The sentiment is from a digi kit I picked this past week for One Buck Wednesday called Birthday Boy.

The popsicle card is from the SVG Cuts latest  ~ Fruity Fiesta SVG Kit.

I used the Trendy Twine color of the month ~ Tickled with Teal. I used actual popsicle sticks.
I have another Challenge project to share with you....coming soon!

By the Sea Layout

I recently did a weekend crop and I was cropping Summer of 2011. I am a big fan of Summer and what a great way to spend a winter weekend.

I used one of my all time favorite SVG Cuts collections on this layout ~ Tropical Friends SVG Collection. If you don't have it, I would highly recommend. Check out this title & cute little dolphin:

If you a scrapper you will also need Memory Gardent Designer Page SVG Kit. The frame elements are from this kit plus it contains a bunch more!

Stay tuned for more summer layouts!
