SVG Cuts Mailboxes & Lollipop Favors

When I saw this mailbox set I had to have it! It is from SVG Cuts. I did a project for the Design Team Blog. I am all about themes and wanted to come up with a theme for my mailboxes and lollipop favors.

I thought about Bee Mine with a Bumble Bee and Snail Mail with a little Snail. Both the bee & snail are from the Happy Garden Hideaway Collection.

I of course worked in some Creative Charms to accent the project. Check out all the details on the SVG Cuts Blog!

Take Out Boxes To Go!

I am very honored to be a guest designer at Cricutholics - a new forum.

I made these take out boxes using the SVG Cuts Crush On You Boxes Collection.

For the Snowman Box I also cut a snowman from the Snowmen Village Collection. I inked some of the edges and added embellishments. I use Scotch 3D tape to add dimension. After assembled I applied to the take out box. Added a wire from my Chinese take out and finished it off with a bow. Papers are from Bo Bunny Midnight Frost Collection.

For the Heart Box I cut some solid AC Cardstock. I also cut the heart from the Be Mine Valentines Collection. Added some pearls from Creative Charms and inking. The heart opens up on the front and you can write a message on the inside. I finished off the top with a strip of paper with ribbon. I attached it to the side of the box with Creative Charms brads. The flower next to the box is made from paper - it is part of the SVG Cuts Crush On You Boxes Collection.

Sweet Treats - Cupcake Wraps

I decided to make some Cupcake Wrappers and Toppers for my Creative Charms Design Team Project. I had a blast making these wrappers - they were tons of fun!

The files are from SVG Cuts - Valentine Cupcake Wrappers. I used Creative Charms Products - check out my blog posting for all the details. Papers are from Bo Bunny.

Here is a look at the wrappers and toppers...

Winter Bo Bunny Layout

I created this layout for a design team assignment for my local scrap store called the Crop Shop. My assignment was to use Bo Bunny's Midnight Frost Line. Love, Love, Love Bo Bunny and this line rocks!

Bo Bunny’s Blog has sketch contests so I visited the site and decided to play along.

Took my photo into Photoshop and converted to black & white then applied a duotone effect of black and light blue.

More snow is on its way so I am sure there will be more winter scrapping in my future :)

Summer Time Pages

Every summer we head to Kennywood & Idlewild Park. I have been going since I was little girl and now we take our boys there. It becomes a challenge to come up with something new every year.

Here is my Kennywood Page:

I love how Cheryl from the SVG Cuts Design Team adds the faux stitching on her cards and projects and I added it around the background cut. The background scallop shape is from SVG Cuts ~ Crusing Caravan Collection. The torn notebook paper edge is from the Robins Return Collection.

Here is my Idlewild Page:

The border cut is a freebie from 3/8/10 - I cut just the file called: alices_12x12_frame_bottom.svg. I think the paper is from Bo Bunny. It is so bright and worked perfect with the ball photos. Added some Creative Charms Gradient Gems to accent the background cut.

Will have to start thinking of what I'll do for next year's pages :)
