Some Stitching

I decided to join in on a Challenge Blog called Just Us Girls. Most entries are cards but hoping this collage made of paper will qualify. The challenge was to add stitching to your project. I've made quite a few of these baby name collages but haven't thought of adding stitching.

This collage is 21 x 9 and 1 inch deep. It is in a shadowbox frame. The area at the right will hold a phofo of the baby.

The flowers are from SVG Cuts and I used SCAL software to cut them on the Cricut.

I did some machine stitching on some of the flowers, petals and stems:

I posted this butterfly on this previous post which also details how to make a baby name collage.

Thanks for stopping by!

  2. This is sooo cute! Did you use a big machine or do you use one of the mini sewing machines?

  3. Thanks Mona and Roni.

Sandy - I used a big machine - just have to make sure that you don't stitch thru any adhesive and you are good to go!
